Ross McKenzie
Founder/CEO

Ross holds a BA in Politics from Loughborough, a PGCE from Keele University, and an MA in International Security from the University of Leicester. Head of Politics since 2007, he combines deep subject expertise with a passion for education and technology’s role within successful learning. Outside the classroom, Ross is an avid Saracens supporter and a dedicated Warhammer enthusiast.

Jerome Singh
Director

Jerome holds an MA in Archaeology & Anthropology from Cambridge, specialising in Political Anthropology, and completed his PGCE at the University of Hertfordshire in 2015. A Politics teacher since 2016 with a focus on Global Politics. With over 30 Oxbridge successes for Politics degrees and a passion for quizzing, Jerome won £125k on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? in 2021.

Chris Sheils
Director

Chris holds a BA in History and Politics and an MA in Legislative Studies from Queen’s University Belfast, with expertise in UK and US politics, legislative processes, and nineteenth-century parliamentary reform. A teacher of History and Politics since 2014, he has also served as Deputy Head of Sixth Form and Chair of Governors. Beyond education, Chris is passionate about football, cricket, and Gaelic games.

Philip Gillingham
Director

Phil holds a BA in History from the University of Reading and a PGCE from the University of Bath. He served as Teacher in Charge of Politics (2015-2019) and is now Head of Politics. An examiner and moderator for Edexcel, AQA, and IB, Phil brings extensive expertise and commitment to A Level Politics education. Phil enjoys following Oxford United in his spare time and taking teams from the non-leagues to the heights of club football on Football Manager.
